The north building is the dorm at CPI that's designed to house hybrids with weird accommodation needs. A lot of hybrids are pretty much just normal people with a couple extra things changed, but sometimes (actually kind of a lot of the time) they have no eyes, or they weigh like 700 pounds, or they're 8 feet tall. Normal buildings don't work for them, but they still need to go to school, so it was actually one of the main missions of CPI to design a school FOR hybrids. Like, as in, the buildings can sustain them. Apparently it was pretty successful, because CPI's one of the most successful places around.

I've never really been inside, but the outside is kinda pretty in a simplistic way. It's an old school style of building, with big ass pillars in front and a huge patio-like thing. It's got a massive roof. Nothing about the building fits with the style of any other building, I guess, but you could say it's a little similar to the central or west building. Like, same-ish time period, sorta. I heard from some friends of mine that apparently, you don't gotta be a hybrid to live here. It make sense. Not a whole lot of hybrids, and if the building's got a ton of rooms, it'd be a waste to have them all and never use them.
