One of the buildings at CPI is the west building. It's all sorts of big and super guarded by a lot of security, since it's for mentally ill people who are dangerous. It looks weird outside because a lot of the buildings at CPI are fancy and nice looking like the east and north building, but the east building is not as fancy. The inside is old looking and smells really funny, and the carpets are really itchy and not good for sitting or sleeping on. The people who work inside aren't very nice most of the time and are always upset. It has a few floors and stuff and the entire cellar is for employes only. There's bars on the windows and stuff even on the upper floors. The rooms only have a bed and sometimes a toilet, and sometimes people have to watch you at all times even when you need to use the bathroom, so none of the doors lock or sometimes even close all the way.

Not everyone has to live in the west building. They try to have as many mentally ill people live in the south building instead as possible, but they have this as a back up. If you go to school here and they think youre hurting yourself or can hurt or break other people or their stuff, then they make you spend a few days inside of the west building until they can figuer out what they can do with you. I guess the nurses who work inside are told not to put people inside if they can, because it takes a lot for them to keep you in the west building for any longer than a few days. I think they only do it because they have to or theyll get in troiuble with the police.

Penny has to live here which makes me sad because I don't think she deserves it. Nobody else is really allowed inside except for what I said earlier.
