ive never been. it's the rich people part of town. its like a gated community i guess, so you can expect a lot of assholes from here. a lot of the cpi students (like actual students not mental patients) are from the uptown part of burncastle. im not sure exactly who, but im almost certain that they all live in the east building at cpi. or they just drive there. not a far drive, im pretty sure. its up in the hills on the east part of town.

you can see uptown from pretty much any of the tall points in town, like the rooftops at any of the cpi dorms except for the south and west ones. youd also probably be able to see it from the big bridge from the warehouses too. it kinda reminds me of a golfball sitting in the grass, since all of the buildings there are white and theyre all clustered together. it also kinda reminds me of mold, like forgetting an orange in the back of the fridge and nobody cleans it up unti lit gets all fucked up and nasty and you throw it out. all gone.
